Almond Oat Chocolate Chip Cookies
2 cups rolled oats 2 cups almond meal 1/2 cup butter 1/2 cup agave syrup 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Combine oats and almond meal set aside. Cream butter with the agave syrup and vanilla extract. Add the oats and almond meal to the mixture. Mix well. Add the chocolate chips and mix again. Drop by tablespoon on a baking sheet and bake at 350 °F for 9 to 11 minutes.
